Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes.

My favorite healthy breakfast so far. It is so easy to prepare  Рit takes around 10 minutes to do it and it so delicious. These healthy banana oat pancakes are gluten free, sugar-free and in the same time the taste is amazing. I am a real lover of oats, they are so healthy and if you are working out they are a really important part of your daily food regime. And here are the products you need:

 Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • cinnamon
  • honey to serve (optional)
  • fresh fruit of your choice to serve

Instruction:

  1. In a blender combine the peeled banana, oats, eggs and cinnamon
  2. Blend until the mixture is as smooth as you want it
  3. Heat a non- stick frying pan
  4. Fry spoonful of a batter until golden brown on both sides
  5. Serve with honey and fresh fruits of your choice
