My favorite healthy breakfast so far. It is so easy to prepare  – it takes around 10 minutes to do it and it so delicious. These healthy banana oat pancakes are gluten free, sugar-free and in the same time the taste is amazing. I am a real lover of oats, they are so healthy and if you are working out they are a really important part of your daily food regime. And here are the products you need:
 Ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup rolled oats
cinnamon
honey to serve (optional)
fresh fruit of your choice to serve
Instruction:
In a blender combine the peeled banana, oats, eggs and cinnamon
Blend until the mixture is as smooth as you want it
Heat a non- stick frying pan
Fry spoonful of a batter until golden brown on both sides
