The season of warm sweaters and scarf. This post is royal blue inspired. I am wearing a beautiful royal blue sweater paired with a denim shirt. I love the wear sweaters with shirts under them – I just like the way the collar shows up and adds an extra touch of the outfit. The whole look is perfect for a office outfit or a business meeting maybe without the hat. I chose to match the outfit with high heels but you can pick up a flat boots. Hello beautiful friends! Here is one more autumn casual outfit suggestion from MaryPolka. I decided to pair this beautiful plaid shirt with a Miss Sixty denim jacket. If you prefer you could choose to wear a leather instead of denim one. I think that the denim is more girlish and chick. I am wearing these comfortable leggings from Zara – I love them and the color. I am so exited about that look. I am in love with this autumn nude pink leather jacket. The color is so soft and beautiful. Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes.

My favorite healthy breakfast so far. It is so easy to prepare  – it takes around 10 minutes to do it and it so delicious. These healthy banana oat pancakes are gluten free, sugar-free and in the same time the taste is amazing. I am a real lover of oats, they are so healthy and if you are working out they are a really important part of your daily food regime. And here are the products you need:

 Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • cinnamon
  • honey to serve (optional)
  • fresh fruit of your choice to serve

Instruction:

  1. In a blender combine the peeled banana, oats, eggs and cinnamon
  2. Blend until the mixture is as smooth as you want it
  3. Heat a non- stick frying pan
  4. Fry spoonful of a batter until golden brown on both sides
  5. Serve with honey and fresh fruits of your choice
