Happy Easter everyone! How are you doing my beautiful friends? How were your holidays days? I had a really great time – I love spending the holidays with my beloved ones, just being together, chilling and talking.

In the beginning of the month I am excited to share a brand new navy blue inspired look with you. It is so perfect for the spring season. It is always a good idea to have a comfy and chic coat in your wardrobe. This gorgeous navy blue layered coat with zipper detail from Choies is just amazing. I believe all of you have heart about them and their lovely online women’s apparel website. What I love about them is the variety of styles and pieces. And this navy coat is so stylish and in the same so comfortable. I really love the layers and the lines on the back that give the body a gorgeous shape. I decided to combine it with dark jeans and high heels boots.

Please let me know how do you find the outfit in the comments below. Wish you all a lovely week. You can find more from Choies on their website and social media.

Love,

Mary

One of my favorite thing about Spain and moving to Madrid is definitely the weather. We had like 3 months “winter” and the word winter is not exactly the right to describe the season. Yes, it was a little bit cold but no snow, no freezing cold – just some rainy months. I now here we are – the first weeks of the spring – warm and pleasant weather – perfect for some shoots for the blog.

I don’t know about you but recently I more and more inspired by those feminine looks where skirts and dress are styled with beautiful coats and shoes. And the midi skirt is absolutely my way to greet and meet the spring. Wearing a midi knee skirt could be tricky and challenging for some body shapes. You can absolutely succeed – the key can be putting some high and stylish heels or shoes with platforms to play with the proportions and the length of the layers. I paired the skirt with a pattern shoes because my desire was to give the look more retro – style Sophia Loren – 70th -80th look. You know – the red roses, the hair bun, the aviator sunglasses and the big round golden earrings.

As always thanks for reading and visiting. I am excited about the new warmer season and hope it will bring more inspirations and creativity to all of you and me.

Love, Mary
