My favorite healthy breakfast so far. It is so easy to prepare – it takes around 10 minutes to do it and it so delicious. These healthy banana oat pancakes are gluten free, sugar-free and in the same time the taste is amazing. I am a real lover of oats, they are so healthy and if you are working out they are a really important part of your daily food regime. And here are the products you need:
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- cinnamon
- honey to serve (optional)
- fresh fruit of your choice to serve
Instruction:
- In a blender combine the peeled banana, oats, eggs and cinnamon
- Blend until the mixture is as smooth as you want it
- Heat a non- stick frying pan
- Fry spoonful of a batter until golden brown on both sides
- Serve with honey and fresh fruits of your choice
