My Healthy Breakfast Bowl

Hello my beautiful friends,

Today I want to share with you my favorite healthy breakfast bowl and also some of the healthy habits I started to practise recently. Let me begin with some of the healthy habits that I added to my morning routine.

Nowadays it became somehow very modern and popular to speak about healthy lifestyle, healthy eating, food, routine, snacks and everything that includes the word “healthy” sounds good and so positive. I must confess that I am also influenced by this “new mode”. Actually my mom and dad were the first who inspired me and motivated me to try out new healthy food regime and to get informed about the benefits of it. Until then I was not aware of anything healthy lifestyle related. I literally ate everything and did not have a regime. This was before two years ago when I decided to change my food habits and to try to eat more healthier. It is always about our decisions. Everything starts the moment you decide and commit yourself to be persistent.

I started with small steps. This healthy breakfast bowl as I love to call it was one of the first things I added as my main breakfast. But before sharing with you what is inside the bowl let me tell you some of my other healthy tips which I am practicing.


After my bathroom morning routine I am heading to the kitchen. The first thing thing I am doing is eating one tea spoon of coconut oil. Yes, I know, sounds a little bit weird but it is the best habit I have added to my morning routine. I am planning to do a whole separate blog post dedicated to the benefits of the coconut oil.

After eating the spoon of coconut oil I am drinking 2 hot cups either with ginger to with slices of lemon. So yummy! My body is so used to this taste early in the morning that sometimes when I got late consuming it I feel how my is wanting and missing this detoxing dose. Then I wait 20 to 30 minutes before my breakfast. This gives my body the needed time to get prepared to consume the food.


And here comes the time for my healthy breakfast bowl. It is so simple to make and in the same time so good for you snd contains amazing healthy ingredients. And here they are:

  • yogurt
  • musli
  • almonds
  • sunflower seeds
  • golden raisins
  • linseed
  • sesame seeds
  • cinnamon
  • fresh fruits ( kiwi, banana)
  • for some sweetness – almond butter

So here you go – a healthy breakfast bowl.
